All classes will last 1 hour.

More group training times will be added as class sizes grow!

Open Gym

24 Hours A Day

7 Days A Week

Group training will have priority for space and equipment.
Open gym training during those time is perfectly fine so long as it does not interfere with group training.
Athletes with unilimited memberships can request open gym with available coaches on Thursdays.

FitKids

Tuesday and Thursday @ 3:30 & 4:30 p.m.
