What first brought me into CFFC were the opportunities. CFFC gives me the opportunity to meet new people, to compete at a higher level, and to improve my movements.
When I first started, programming/routine was very basic and slow paced. Now, movements are getting more complex and the pace has significantly increased. I/We/The Athletes have learned a lot and have come a very long way since November 2017. After about a month of attending classes, so around December 2017, my energy levels throughout the day were noticeably higher. Not sure if it was consistent effort in the box, healthier eating, more self confidence, or all of the above.
Things that I’m working on now are talking to different members, ring muscle ups and handstand walks.
My best memory at CFFC is hanging out with everyone after the open workouts.
