A: I was ready to try something new. I wanted something that would hold me accountable.

A: The mental confidence I’ve gained. Believing in myself when faced with an especially challenging workout, but knowing that I can finish it and not give up!

A: Outside of the gym, I’m working on remaining consistent with my good nutrition habits. In the gym, I’d like to just continue working on improving all of my lifts and getting stronger.

A: During Foundations when I completed my 1st Fran. I looked at it and thought “there is no way I can finish that, especially not in that time”, but then I did. It was the most amazing mental rush!

A: The accountability I get, both from the coaches and the other amazing gym members. They are always encouraging me, supporting me, and pushing me to do more.
