Strength –

4 Rounds:

25 Second Handstand Hold

Rest 30 Seconds

3 Wall Walks – (Start in push-up position and walk feet up wall. Try to touch nose to wall.)

Rest 30 Seconds

 

WOD –

10 Rounds:

8 DB Deadlift

8 DB Clean

8 DB Front Squat

Rest 45 Seconds
